The Home Selling Process when working with me

  1. Consultation- We will determine your timeframe, evaluate your needs, decide pricing and come up with a plan to prepare your home for the market, and decide on a marketing plan.
  2. Prepare your home for the market- After you have prepared your home according to our plan, I will stage your home with the final details. After that is completed, I will have a photographer take professional high quality photos and a create a walk through video of your home.
  3. Go Live on the Market- We will put your home on the market, implement the marketing plan, show it to potential buyers, and make any adjustments along the way until you are under contract.
  4. Pending Sale- I will guide you through the process from accepted offer until we are able to close.
  5. Closing- Sign documents and make preparations for the exchange of possession.
  6. Move- I will make sure to for you as you turn over possession, transfer utilities, and be there for any questions after the sale has closed.
