I started at the front desk of a real estate office right out of high school, and within a year I was licensed and working as the assistant to one of the top agents in the area. For more than 15 years, I worked behind the scenes learning every part of the business — client care, marketing, negotiation, contracts, and the details that can make or break a smooth transaction. Combined with earning my associate’s degree at GRCC, that experience gave me a deep, practical understanding of how real estate truly works.
